Process at a Glance
- Complaint – A consumer submits a complaint to RECO.
- Investigation – RECO gathers evidence, interviews, and records.
- Notice – If warranted, a Notice of Hearing/discipline is issued.
- Hearing / Resolution – Hearing before a Discipline Committee; sometimes resolved by agreement.
- Decision – Decision is published with fines/conditions where applicable.
